PopTray Language Editor 0.1 Freeware with sources

      For the best POP3 Mail notifier, I made a simple tool for easy translation. PTLE's main feature is when you already translate the language file to your native language and there is some updates (new words added, or changed some old ones), the editor can import data and will display them on the end of your file. The next time you load the file - all keywords will be sorted again. At your convenience I provide the source code, you can change there everything you want, but, please, don't remove my copyrights.
